The picture above shows two triathletes cycling up the incline to the Wayside Inn, Barmouth. This is the halfway point in the cycling stage. Tremadog Bay can be seen in the background together with the mountains along the Lleyn Peninsula. Surely, you couldn't wish for a more picturesque background to an athletic event of this type.
