The dominant strain of cattle seen on the farms in the Gwynedd area is the "Welsh Black" available from Dylan's Butcher's shop in Llanbedr.
If you are partial to a sausage or two, why not try those made on the premises at the Spar grocery in Dyffryn - consistently winner of "best sausage" in Welsh competitions.
